Chad Cortez Everett, a local painter and mixed medium artist who has exhibited his work and served as an art instructor in Delaware, is profiled in the upcoming issue of Middletown Life that we will publish on April 9. Everett says that through his works he “aims to evoke nostalgia, provoke thought, and capture the essence of personal and collective memory.” Middletown Life is the first of our community magazines to arrive in 2025, and will be followed by Landenberg Life, Newark Life, Chadds Ford Life, Cecil County Life, Kennett Square Life, and Greenville & Hockessin Life. In addition to these community magazines, we will start rolling out our special event publications with the upcoming guide for the Kennett Run. We are also working in collaboration with a number of chambers of commerce in the area on their publications.
