Mindfulness Meditation
The practice of intentionally bringing one's attention to the present moment without judgement.

Mindfulness means taking time in our lives to notice what’s happening right now, with kindness towards ourselves.
In this 5 week series, we’ll explore mindful listening, mindful walking, paying attention to our thoughts and emotions, body awareness, loving-kindness, and gratitude. We will discuss planning and sustaining a mindfulness practice, topics from Real Happiness by Sharon Salzberg, the benefits of journaling, and how mindfulness can help us enjoy our lives more.
