The American Helicopter Museum and Education Center (AHMEC) is pleased to announce the upcoming “Star Wars LEGO Weekend” on May 3rd from 10am to 5pm, and May 4th from noon to 5pm.

This weekend will be a celebration of everyone’s favorite interlocking construction toys. The Colonial LUG (LEGO Users Group) will be loaning AHMEC a 4’x4’ scale LEGO model of Philadelphia’s famous LOVE statue for display for the weekend, among other LEGO and Star Wars themed displays.

Cosplayers from Philadelphia Avengers and Star Wars organization 501st Legion will be present both Saturday and Sunday to interact with visitors and take photos.

Visitors will also have the chance to build their own lightsabers to take home!
